Emergency Response and Crisis Management Program and Plan Development

MEREDITH reviews the emergency response and crisis management program required or currently in place, and assists the client in revising or developing an effective emergency plan. Our assessments and recommendations address the realistic risks and hazards present, initial response actions and organization, appropriate resources identified, emergency action and response management plan, as well as the training and drill program. Our objective is direct; we want to assist our clients with establishing a practical and realistic emergency response program, which will protect the safety of personnel, establish control of the situation, and protect property and the environment. When a casualty occurs there is an immediate loss situation, preparedness and management of the response are the only solution to mitigate or minimize the loss.
