Response Monitoring, or Project Auditing

When a catastrophe occurs, there is always a financial loss as well as potential for long term liability usually consisting of property damage, containment and clean up costs, environmental impact, and possible adverse health implications. MEREDITH’s concepts and services are applied to support industry and their insurers by monitoring and documenting the response actions. This is done through communication of risk assessments and incident status, tracking of personnel and equipment deployed to estimate daily expenditures and to validate response cost. In addition, when requested, we can represent the client and the insurer through participation in the incident strategic planning. Our team, with its experience in response management and environmental issues, ensures that the client and/or the insurer are involved in and aware of all decisions, actions, costs and cost minimization efforts, of the response.
