Project Management

The concepts, skills and systems of the MEREDITH team have been successfully applied in environmental project management. Organizing and coordinating large-scale emergency or non-emergency projects, including documenting costs and reviewing and/or creating invoices, is a challenge. MEREDITH provides the external resource, which possesses the experienced personnel and proven systems that effectively organize, document and support the objectives of the project and the client. Our personnel have supported emergency response projects involving petroleum spills, hazardous material releases, and natural disasters, as well as remediation projects.
