Incident Management

When a catastrophe occurs, whether it is a fire or explosion, whether it is an oil or hazardous substance spill from a vessel, truck, train car, storage tank or pipeline, the incident will be managed. The choice is how? MEREDITH provides an incident management team capable of managing all aspects of the response to any emergency. This includes the management resources, from the command center through the field operations to the final audit, response resources, and technical and/or professional support. Every incident is unique. Only the basic priorities –safety, stabilization and protection through coordinated response operations – are always the same in every emergency response. The management team must possess the knowledge, experience and teamwork required to organize and coordinate the response, and to interact with the government agencies. Without management, there is no chance to control the incident response.
