Steven E. WelchSenior Project ManagerMr. Welch has over 30 years of maritime experience beginning his career as an ordinary seaman; he has held positions in Marine Operations, Chartering, Business Development, Management Consulting, Project and Emergency Management, and Executive Management. His emergency response management experience includes response monitoring, incident planning and logistics, financial management, response operations management, salvage planning and Incident command involving incidents on all coasts and western rivers, including incidents involving loss of life, oil spills, fires, explosions, groundings, capsizings and sinkings. He has been responsible for project management of security assessments and program development, contingency plan development, and on-site manager in complex construction projects with sensitive security requirements. His educational background includes a B.S. in Geology from Beloit College, Beloit Wisconsin and an MBA in Marketing from Villanova University. He also has completed a course in Logistics Management from the University of Tennessee and The Executive Program on Negotiation from Harvard Law School.
