William T. RobinsonDirector of Security and Emergency Response PlanningMr. Robinson has over thirty years experience in law enforcement administration, security training and emergency response management. He is a licensed private security investigator, a Federally Certified firearms instructor and is the primary instructor in the Drexel University Emergency Management Program. He held the dual positions of Chief of Police and Public Safety Director for the 20,000 residents of Upper Chichester Township, Delaware County PA. His responsibilities included the coordination of several fire departments, Emergency Response Teams as well as managing police department. Mr. Robinson was instrumental in securing significant funding through his community involvement and aggressively competed for federal and state grants to improve law enforcement, increase security and fund training. A graduate of The Pennsylvania Police Academy and the FBI National Academy, he also holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Wilmington College, Wilmington Delaware. Mr. Robinson has also completed additional FBI training in Law enforcement Management and Investigation.
