Donald H. GouldAccount ManagerDon has 25 years of sales and marketing experience in the maritime industry. In early years, he successfully built a client following in cargo transportation sales followed by building strong relationships with many liner vessel owner/operators. Understanding the needs of owners/operators has prepared Don for marketing/sales in “vessel response services.” He continues to build knowledge, in vessel response, by his regular participation and involvement in drills, training and seminars helping him to assist his prospects and accounts with the very latest in technical advice and regulatory updates. Mr. Gould has good working knowledge of both International and Domestic USA maritime regulations providing well rounded and sound regulatory advisement. Don is a graduate of Hofstra University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
