Gerard T. Gillon
Marketing and Business Development
Mr Gillon has over 35 years experience in risk management, international
shipping and business development. He has held ownership positions in
several companies including the start up of an International Crisis Management
Company; and the turnaround of two Philadelphia based Stevedoring and
Ship Agency Companies. He has held senior sales, marketing and operational
positions in the international shipping industry as well as the domestic
transportation industry.
He has served on the Board of Directors of several investment companies
and international ship management groups including three terms as Chairman
of the Multi port Ship Agency Network, a worldwide ship agency organization.
Mr. Gillon has been retained as a consultant in many acquisitions and
divestitures of small to mid sized companies involved in Ship Agency,
Risk Management and Maritime Investment. Mr. Gillon is a graduate of Saint
Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania and the Academy of Advanced
Traffic in NY.
