He has been involved in the management of over 150 incidents. He has specialized in logistics, finance, and information management in the emergency response industry, including response to oil and hazardous substance spills, fires and explosions. He has significant experience in health and safety training, contingency plan development, facility and transportation regulatory compliance, and emergency response operations. He serves as a member of the Delaware County Chemical Advisory Team and other emergency response initiatives. His education in Business Administration and Organizational Management has been received at Troy State University and the University of Phoenix.
