US EPA Vessel General Permit (VGP)Meredith has prepared a Compliance Guidance Manual for Ship Owners & Operators to assist in compliance with the VGP requirements. We have condensed the 500 plus pages of the Regulations to this 38 page Manual. Meredith is also ready to submit to the EPA the Notices of Intent on your behalf between 19 June and 19 September 2009. Furthermore, Meredith has extended its Owners Representation Service to include any difficulties that may arise with the implementation of the VGP as well as security incidents such as crew disturbance, threat from other vessels or breach of ship security.
